📦 1. Place Your Order

You arrange and pay for goods with your supplier in China, Turkey, or Dubai. Then, have the items delivered to our designated Murcon receiving agent in Guangzhou. We’ll provide the address and contact details once you’re ready to ship.

🔍 2. We Receive, Verify & Pack

- Once your goods arrive, our local team will:

• - Confirm and photograph your items
• - Verify packaging and quantity
• - Repack securely for transport (if needed)

Before shipment, a formal Goods Handover & Responsibility Form is completed and signed by both our courier and the sender, confirming the contents and condition of the cargo.

✈️ 3. Courier Transport to Uganda

Your goods are personally carried by our vetted couriers on weekly flights to Entebbe. We use airline baggage allowances, which reduces delays and avoids bulk freight complications.

🛃 4. Customs Clearance & Arrival

Our Kampala team will:

• - Clear your goods with Uganda Revenue Authority (URA)
• - Notify you as soon as clearance is complete

All customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees must be reimbursed by the client. Full receipts and breakdowns are provided for transparency.

🤝 5. Pick-Up or Delivery

Once cleared, you may:

• - Pick up from our office the same day (strongly encouraged to avoid overnight storage)
• - Or request local delivery (extra fee applies)

You’ll be charged for:

• - Transport fee based on weight (per kg, depending on the nature of goods)
• - Customs-related reimbursements
